  • Support Data: Information shared via contact forms or help requests.
  • Compliance Data: Statutory identifiers (PF, ESIC, UAN) strictly for salary slip generation and verification.
  • Technical Data: Browser type, device characteristics, and session tokens for security.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your data exclusively for: (a) Authenticating access to the client portal; (b) Ensuring the security of our digital architecture via bot detection (Turnstile); (c) Fulfilling statutory payroll compliance requirements; and (d) Responding to your direct inquiries. We do not engage in tracking, profiling, or behavioral advertising.

3. Consent & Legal Basis

The primary legal basis for processing your data is your affirmative, clear, and unambiguous consent, provided when you interact with our services or accept our Privacy Notice. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which we will honor within the statutory timelines.

4. Your Rights (Data Principal)

As a Data Principal under Indian law, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: Update or complete any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
  • Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Your data is protected using enterprise-grade encryption and secure Cloudflare-shielded infrastructure. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or to comply with statutory requirements under Indian labor and tax laws.
